Manufacture
Manufacture is adapted according to the customer’s needs, applying whatever engineering is necessary in each case.
A complete system is one which can clean, rinse, dry with hot air and filter. |
|
 Cleaning
To
the cleaning tank one may add a superficial cleaning system or
skimmer (it stops clean items from having to pass through a dirty
layer when they are being removed from the tank). The dirty liquid
that is swept from the surface is channeled through filters and
returns to the tank to be reused. This system allows great economy
in cleaning solutions.
The tank is heated by external electric resistors adjusted according
to the characteristics of each tank. |
|
 Rinsing
It
may be carried out ultrasonically or by overflow. |
|
Drying
This
is done using hot air which can be filtered and produced by a
heater designed for each case. The door may be manual or pneumatic. |
|
Automation
Any
machine can be made automatic so as to carry out the process with
a minimum about of hand labor.
Another option is a semiautomatic version in which the operation
times are programmed but leaving in hands of the operator the
loading, moving and unloading of the items to be cleaned. |
|
Submersible Transducers
These
are stationary stainless steel boxes that emit the ultrasound
waves.
They can be placed at the bottom or on the sides of an already
existent tank that, according to the case, may even be made of
plastic.
These transducers can be installed in tanks of any size; we have
the equipment to procure a maximum effect in each case. |
|
Sonotrodes
These
are cylindrical transducers capable of a 360º emission of
ultrasound waves. They are manufactured in different sizes and
with different power of emission.
They are ideally used in different tanks without needing any special
preparation. |
|
|
Sonotrodes for cleaning of cavities
This
equipment consists of a titanium rod that emits ultrasound waves
particularly from one of its tips. This allows it to be located
exactly in the area to be cleaned. |
|
Ultrasonic Shaker/Mixer
This
equipment is placed on the outside of tubes, in which they produce
movement of the liquid so that as the items to be cleaned pass
by, the desired effect is obtained. |
